Pressure Washing
Pressure washing restores hard outdoor surfaces — driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other flatwork — by lifting years of dirt, mildew, and stains. We match the pressure and technique to each surface so the result is clean, even, and damage-free.
What's included
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and walkways
- Surface-appropriate pressure and tips
- Mildew, moss, and ground-in grime removal
- Pre-treatment of stubborn stains
- Even, streak-free finish
What should be pressure washed vs. soft washed?
Durable flatwork like concrete and pavers handles direct pressure well. Siding, roofs, and wood are cleaned with low-pressure soft washing instead, so the right method depends on the surface — we use both.
When is the best time to pressure wash in Michigan?
Late spring through early fall, once overnight temperatures stay above freezing, is ideal. Cleaning in the warmer months also gives surfaces time to dry and any sealer to cure.
